 Good Day, Neighbors!

My name is TaShauna Russell, but my friends call me Shauna — and I'd love for you to be one of them. 

I have been a licensed Realtor since 2022, and Real Estate has honestly been a dream of mine since I was a little girl. My grandmother loved Real Estate and would take me around to explore all different types of homes throughout our area, sharing wisdom that I carried with me all the way to today. Although she passed in 2007, I know she cheers me on — and adding Real Estate to my life would have brought the biggest smile to her face.

Before Real Estate, I spent 15 years in the Medical field, launched a barbershop, Founded a mentoring organization, and opened a Barbering and Arts Academy right here in Hampton Roads — all rooted in one purpose: empowering people. Real Estate is simply a broader avenue to continue doing just that.

Since stepping into this career, I have had the joy of working with First Time Homebuyers, Investors, Sellers, and everyone in between — from handing over keys to a brand new homeowner, to helping families reclaim their parents' estate. I have created credit-building classes, partnered with investors, and guided clients through some of the most meaningful transactions of their lives.
